About Tim Wood
Where It All Started
Tim grew up in Mississippi, where getting your hands dirty was just part of everyday life.
His dad was a tool and die maker, so attention to detail and creativity were built into him from the start.
Tim's been into golf since he was a kid, and even though his scores might not always show it, that passion is still going strong.
In 1997, Tim married LeAnn, and the two of them headed to Nashville to start their life together. They’ve since built a family with two daughters.
By day, Tim runs an insurance agency and is also involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board, plus he stays active at his local church. When he's not working, he’s all about fishing, hanging out with his grandson, or playing with the granddogs.
After coaching softball for 10 years, Tim got into putter restoration to create a custom putter for himself. That hobby quickly caught on with his friends, and the rest is history.
